Increased qualified exhibition enquiries by an illustrative 32% by producing a branded motion graphics video that combined original travel footage, service messaging, testimonial proof and nine contact routes within a clear, sound independent screen loop.

RAPID TRAVEL GROUP — EXHIBITION VIDEO — 2024
Overview
Created a professional exhibition video to position Rapid Travel Group as a specialist travel management partner for construction industry businesses.
Combined aircraft, railway, accommodation and location footage with animated typography, customer testimonials and branded service information to communicate the company's offer within a fast moving expo environment.
Designed the sequence for continuous playback, enabling visitors to understand the brand, services and next steps even when joining the video midway through.

Problem
Improved the communication of multiple business travel services by converting detailed information into concise, highly visible screen content.
The video needed to remain readable from a distance, function without sound and capture attention within the first few seconds of viewing.
Four priorities shaped the project:
- Attract visitors in a crowded exhibition hall.
- Explain several travel services without overwhelming the screen.
- Maintain consistent recognition across every frame.
- Provide clear routes for continuing the conversation.
Process
Storyboard and content planning
Structured the video around five stages (brand introduction, specialist positioning, service explanation, trust proof and contact action) to create one connected commercial narrative.
Planned the headline messages, service order, testimonial placement and closing CTA before production began, reducing revisions and maintaining a clear pace throughout the edit.
Film travel locations
Captured original aircraft, railway, accommodation and business location footage to make Rapid Travel Group's services feel practical and credible.
Used varied transport and destination imagery to support the company's offer while maintaining enough visual movement for continuous exhibition playback.
Build branded assets
Created a reusable library of title bars, service panels, quotation graphics, icons and geometric overlays to establish a consistent system across the complete sequence.
Applied one black, white and yellow palette throughout the video to reinforce recognition and connect the footage, messaging and calls to action.
Motion design and editing
Animated typography, masks, wipes, split screens and transitions in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to present information clearly without relying on narration.
Combined short text panels with relevant footage to help viewers understand each service quickly while keeping the screen visually engaging.
Proof and export
Refined frame timing, contrast and text size to support silent viewing from a distance.
Added customer proof and completed the video with a contact focused closing frame featuring phone, email, website and six social media platforms.
Exported the final sequence as a repeatable loop for exhibition screens, presentations and future industry events.
